In the summer, I watch a lot of news. I’m getting a little sick of the news I’m seeing. Mainly the missing people being covered. It seems now that any person that don’t make it home for dinner at 6 is on every news cable station by 10.

Now don’t get me wrong, I sympathize with the families of these people. No, really I do. But lets face it, what does it have to do with my life if there’s a blonde teenager missing on an island?

Or a newlywed husband that couldn’t keep his new bride under control on a cruise ship?

Or for that matter a black pregnant gal in the NE U.S.?

Or tonight’s latest entry into the “I’m missing” sweepstakes... a 20 year old college student at OSU last seen on a bar room dance floor falling down drunk.

Enough is enough. Listen to this Fox, MSNBC and CNN....

NO ONE BESIDES FRIENDS AND FAMILY GIVES A SHIT!

Kudo’s to the HBO sports dude that last week refused to sit in for the suspendered host on CNN because they were solely doing the Aruba story. A man after my own heart. I’m already ashamed of myself for devoting this much time and space to it here.

Spank me!
